Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. A contract between the seller and the buyer is formed upon submission of an order by the buyer and its acceptance by the seller (order confirmation). A confirmation of receipt will be sent to the email address provided by the buyer.

Accounts and Registration

Accounts are created by logging in via Steam OpenID. The buyer is responsible for the security of their account and all activities performed under it. Account sharing is not permitted. The seller reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Our Services

The seller provides the following services:

• Counter-Strike 2 game servers with custom mods and plugins
• Skinchanger system for customising in-game appearance
• Shop with VIP memberships, credits and other digital products
• Community features including profiles, statistics and leaderboards

Prices, Payments and Purchases

All prices of digital products are displayed on the website in EUR and are final. VIP memberships, credits and other digital products are tied to your account and are not transferable. The seller reserves the right to change prices; the price valid at the time of order submission always applies.

The seller is not a VAT payer. All prices are inclusive and final.

Accepted payment methods: payment cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods available through the Stripe payment gateway. Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

Upon successful payment, an invoice will be automatically generated and can be downloaded from the Invoices section in your account.

Delivery of Digital Content

All products sold via csko.gg are digital in nature. Delivery of digital content (VIP membership activation, credit allocation, etc.) is performed automatically and without delay upon receipt of successful payment confirmation from the payment gateway, typically within a few seconds. In case of technical issues, delivery may take up to 24 hours. If content has not been delivered within 24 hours, please contact us through the support system.

Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law, a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of the date of the contract.

In accordance with applicable law, the consumer cannot withdraw from a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. By submitting an order for digital content (VIP membership, credits), you consent to the provision of digital content before the expiry of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal.

If you are entitled to withdraw, you may do so by contacting us through the support system on our website. The seller will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Complaint Procedure

The buyer has the right to file a complaint if the delivered digital content is defective or was not delivered in the agreed scope. Complaints can be submitted through the support system on our website.

The seller will acknowledge receipt of the complaint and resolve it within 30 days at the latest, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. If the complaint is not resolved within this period, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract.

When filing a complaint, please provide the order number, a description of the defect, and the desired resolution (repair, replacement or refund).

Refunds

Refunds for digital content are possible within the legal framework. If digital content was not delivered or was defective and the defect was not remedied, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, within 14 days of approval. Each request is assessed individually.

Code of Conduct

When using our services, the following is prohibited:

• Using cheats or unauthorised game modifications
• Hacking, unauthorised access to other users' accounts or the seller's systems
• Exploiting bugs, exploits or software defects
• Deliberately disrupting services or other players' experience (DDoS, flooding, crashing servers)
• Toxic behaviour, intentional griefing or repeatedly degrading other players' experience
• Harassment, bullying, threats or discrimination of other users
• Impersonating administrators, moderators or other users
• Advertising, promoting or linking to other websites, services, game servers or communities
• Spam, repeated unsolicited messages or commercial offers
• Scamming, defrauding or deceiving other users for personal gain
• Distributing, offering or soliciting illegal materials, content or services

Bans and Sanctions

The seller reserves the right to restrict or revoke access for users who violate these Terms or the Code of Conduct. Access restrictions (bans) may be temporary or permanent depending on the severity and repetition of the violation. In the event of a Terms violation, the buyer forfeits all paid and unpaid benefits associated with their account (including VIP memberships, credits and other digital products) without entitlement to a refund. Appeals can be submitted through the support system.

Intellectual Property

Content on our website (graphics, text, code, logos) is the intellectual property of Version Two s. r. o. or is used with permission. Counter-Strike 2 and related content are the property of Valve Corporation. We are not officially affiliated with Valve Corporation.

Limitation of Liability

The services are provided "as is", without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The seller is not liable for loss of game data caused by server outages or technical issues, nor for damages caused by third parties. This does not affect statutory consumer rights.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and all contractual relationships arising from them are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic. This does not affect consumer rights arising from EU legislation.

The consumer has the right to contact an alternative dispute resolution body:

Changes to Terms

The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version is always published on the website. Continued use of the services after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes on the website or by email.
